Heel Nederland heeft 5 mei het feit gevierd dat we in een land leven en doen en laten wat wij willen. En dus vrijheid vieren. Tenzij je niet degene bent die onder hen begeeft, dan is deze dag voor hen 4 mei. Je denkt aan alle mooie herinneringen van het verleden, hoe mooi het leven was.
Terugschakelend alsof je net vers in de Formule 1 wagen zit, in gedachten denk je aan een toekomst in vrijheid. Hoe je het leven graag ziet, wilt en doen gaan. Je hobby’s en alle zaken die nieuw voor je zijn.
Een gelukkig moment alsof je zweeft en een heerlijk gevoel hebt in je geest. Terugschakelend word je trillend wakker midden in de nacht, badend in zweet, heb je een nachtmerrie gehad. Van alle onplezierige momenten uit het verleden. Je psyché speelt je parten, omdat je momenten meemaakt die zo echt zijn. En realistisch alsof alles ook zo waarheidsgetrouw aanvoelt. Val je weer in slaap, midden in de nacht en word je vroeg in de ochtend weer wakker. Fris, fruitig en optimistisch.
Je bent hier met je lichaam, maar je geest is steeds elders, het is een soort therapie, of noem het wilskracht, datgene waardoor je sterk bent en blijft. Respect, vertrouwen, vriendschap, in moeilijke situaties kom je steeds in nieuwe situaties als overwinnaar eruit.
Tot je beseft, dat je elke dag een geheel nieuw persoon bent, je maakt een groeispurt door en je groeit met de dag. Een heerlijke vorm van vrijheid, ondanks dat je een onvrije bent.
